Well, I got a job. I am the newest third grade teacher at Prairie Wind Elementary School in Gillette. At first I was really excited but now I am FREAKING out. I don't even know where to start with this job... Good thing I have ALL summer to stress out and freak out about it.
On the plus side, we get to go house hunting. I CAN'T wait to take a bath :) I am kind of excited to move just because it means getting out of the current palace we live in now. But I am also really sad too. I love Laramie. I love it so much I could live here for the rest of my life and be completely happy. But as life would have it, we have to go where the jobs are. Eric is not thrilled to be moving to Gillette but I think he will like it once we get settled in and he realizes all of the awesome opportunities Gillette has to offer. Yes Gillette haters, G-Town is a great place to live once you get your mind over the fact that it's Gillette. I haven't ever been to another town in Wyoming where people support each other as much as the people in Gillette do. I guess since everyone else hates Gillette the people there have to support each other. If you hate that, well then Gillette is not the place for you!
Another plus, Eric and I had some really good friends move to Billings, Mt. (Hilary and Jordan) And the closest temple to Gillette is in Billings sooooooo when we go to the temple we will get to see them! Yahooo!!!!
We are really excited for this next step in our lives but we are really nervous too!!!!
